Dear writer

I am impressed by Bekele's achievements as a positive thinker first and as an Ethiiopian equaly first. Bekele went through all ups and downs that Ethiopian's of his generation did, although his differs in that he knew tomorrow is increasingly blessed for the belliever.

But, there is one thing I didnt like about the writer's attitude! She feels like she wants to put Bekele under her wish of contaminating him with ethnic looping, normal with our colonial masters and politicaly aborted offsprings of that land.Bekele may have felt or others tell him to feel that it was because he was oromo that he went through the difficulties.I can't say any,as I am much younger than him.But for sure non can argue against now that, even the famously described OLF didnt deliver whatever it said and sadly killed many in the name of Oromo. The oromo representatives in the government are also No1 in transgressing every right, if it comes on their power of amassing public wealth.I also dont think there was a law that was released to ban oromiffa from being spoken, I believe it was just another imature intolerant level of society fearful of differences. It is now declared public that all Ethiopian languages be spoken openly, does anybody think the oromo issue is over now?Depends on the subject person and his ambitions!

Let me remind you one fact. The first Information minister of Ethiopia in the current regime said to a BBC reporter that he was negotiating his Ethiopian status yet while he was a government minister. He then became a President of that nation sucessively by the election of his party. He automaticaly became an Ethioppian. If you talk to Negasso Gidada now, he is the most Ethiopian that any else except his benefit quarel with the government. But, But, But does any body have to be made a president to consider himself an Ethiopian? Is Ethiopianism about self? Is calling Ethnic names about self achievement under the shadow of Ethnic grevience? That sucks!
